E-Baud Help

E-Baud is a feature that allows the baud/parity to be set electronically instead of opening the case to set internal jumpers. The feature is described in detail in the device manuals. For devices with the E-baud option, the WLKB232 or USBM232 downloadable configuration apps can set the E-Baud value, a host computer can issue the command, or it can be entered manually using a terminal emulator program. E-Baud settings are stored in non-volatile memory so remain in effect through resets or power-cycling.
